What is AiPaymentsLab?

Who is it for?
Two sides of the same counter: ISOs and payment agents who sell processing, and merchants who pay for it. Some tools are ISO-facing (residuals, deal screening, processor billing audits), some are merchant-facing (statement audits, chargeback rebuttals, Clover and NMI management), and several serve both. Are you a processor or a bank?
No. AiPaymentsLab is a software company. We are not a bank, processor, or acquirer, and we don't sell processing contracts. Our tools work with the stack you already have.

How much do the tools cost?
Every engagement is quoted per customer. A single-location merchant and a thousand-account ISO portfolio are different problems, so we scope pricing to your operation instead of publishing one-size-fits-all tiers. Request access or book a demo and we'll quote yours.
Is there anything I can try before talking to you?

What if the stack doesn't cover my problem?
That's what custom builds are for — gateway integrations, residual automations, underwriting agents, CRM dashboards, and anything your processor won't build. We scope in 48 hours and deploy in days.

What happens to a statement I upload?
It's used only to run the analysis you asked for, encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted on the schedule described on our Data Handling page. We never sell, rent, or trade merchant lists, statement data, or contact information.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
Our Privacy Policy covers exactly how your business and document data is used — including our position on model training — along with your rights over that data.
How do gateway connections work?
Tools like the NMI Toolkit and Clover Dashboard connect only to gateways and processors you explicitly authorize, and pull only the transaction, deposit, fee, and reporting data needed to do their job. You can revoke access at any time.

Do you replace my existing processor or gateway?
No — and that's the point. RatesNegotiator negotiates with the processor you already have. The gateway tools operate the NMI and Clover accounts you already run. You keep your stack; we add the leverage.
