Do you store card numbers?+
Never. We work exclusively with NMI vault tokens. We are not in your PCI scope.
Is this approved by NMI?+
We use only the public, documented NMI API. Your merchant relationship and contract stay with your processor.
Can I limit which users see what?+
Yes. Role-based access lets you give CSRs read-only views and admins full edit rights.
How long does the initial history sync take?+
Minutes for most portfolios. We index in the background, so search goes live on recent activity first and backfills the rest.
Does it replace the NMI Merchant Portal?+
