Privacy Policy

• ▸Information you give us. Name, work email, company, role, and message content submitted through our contact and access-request forms; documents you upload for analysis; account and billing details if you become a customer.
• ▸Business data you authorize. Transaction, deposit, fee, chargeback, and residual data retrieved from gateways and processors you explicitly connect.
• ▸Automatically collected information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are intended for business use only.

• ▸To perform the analysis or service you requested.
• ▸To respond to your inquiry and provide support.
• ▸To operate, secure, debug, and improve our tools.
• ▸To send service communications tied to your request or submission.
• ▸To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your business or document data to train third-party AI models.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant lists, statement data, or contact information to processors, ISOs, agents, lead brokers, or data aggregators.

We share personal information only with:

• ▸Service providers who operate our infrastructure under contract — hosting, AI processing, email delivery, and payment processing for our own billing. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
• ▸Legal recipients — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• ▸A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We'll notify you if that happens.

Uploaded statements are deleted within 30 days of analysis delivery. Contact records are retained while your inquiry or relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Customer account and billing records are kept as long as required by law and tax rules. You can request deletion at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise — see Data Handling for exactly which certifications we do and do not hold.

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable state laws — you may have the right to:

• ▸Know what personal information we've collected about you and how it's used.
• ▸Request a copy of that information.
• ▸Request correction of inaccurate information.
• ▸Request deletion of your information.
• ▸Opt out of sale or sharing — though as stated above, we don't sell or share for advertising.
• ▸Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these, email brett@aipaymentslab.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You may use an authorized agent.

We use only the cookies necessary to make the site function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

We send only transactional emails, each tied to a specific action you take: a confirmation when you submit the contact form, and internal notifications to our team when you submit a contact request or upload a statement for analysis. We do not send marketing or newsletter emails. If you want your information removed, contact us at brett@aipaymentslab.com and we will delete your details as described in the "How long we keep it" section.

We'll update this policy as the business changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
