Unified Reporting Hub
One dashboard for every processor.
A single consolidated reporting dashboard that pulls transaction, deposit, fee and chargeback data from every processor and gateway a merchant or ISO uses — one view instead of four logins.
Merchants and ISOs who run on more than one processor have no single source of truth. They log into three or four portals, each with a different layout and export format, and stitch the numbers together by hand in spreadsheets. The Unified Reporting Hub sits on top of the same $800B/yr of flow our live tools already touch.
Why this exists
Merchants and ISOs running across multiple processors, gateways, and POS platforms feel the manual-consolidation pain constantly but have no good tool for it. Three portals, three export formats, and a spreadsheet is not a reporting strategy.
How Unified Reporting Hub solves it
Connects to processors and gateways via their available APIs or file-based feeds, ingests each source, normalizes into one schema, and surfaces consolidated dashboards for volume, effective rate, deposits, fees, and disputes across all sources at once.
The timing
Running on more than one processor means living in three or four portals and a spreadsheet. As you add volume and sources, manual consolidation breaks down — one normalized view gives you back a single source of truth for your whole operation.
What's inside.
Multi-processor connectors
Any processor or gateway with API access or file-based feeds — all normalized into one schema that makes them look the same.
Consolidated analytics dashboard
Volume, effective rate, deposits, fees, and chargebacks across all processors in one view — drill down by MID, location, card type, or date.
Scheduled exports & delivery
PDF and CSV reports on any schedule — daily, weekly, monthly — delivered to your inbox or dropped in a shared folder.
Cross-processor anomaly alerts
Deposit timing alerts, fee anomalies, and chargeback spikes — flagged across all connected processors, not just one.
Pricing is tailored to the number of processors you connect and your transaction volume. Book a demo and we'll quote it for your setup.

Common questions.
What if my processor doesn't have a public API?+
We support file-based ingestion (CSV/SFTP) for processors without full APIs — most make settlement files available even when the API is limited.
Can ISOs see across their whole portfolio, not just one merchant?+
Yes. The portfolio roll-up view is a core feature — ISOs see consolidated analytics across every MID in their book.
How quickly does it update?+
Settlement and fee data refresh as frequently as the processor's API allows — typically daily, with intraday for processors that support it.
Do I need engineering help to set it up?+
No. Connecting a processor is OAuth or an API key, and file-based feeds are configured from the dashboard — no code on your side.
Can I push the normalized data into my own BI tool?+
Yes. Scheduled CSV exports drop into a shared folder or inbox, and a warehouse-sync API is on the roadmap for teams on Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.

NMI Toolkit
Gateway & POS Operations
A fast command layer that sits over the NMI gateway: instant transaction lookups, batch anomaly detection, and customer vault management through a command palette instead of the legacy dashboard.
Clover Consolidated Dashboard
Gateway & POS Operations
Consolidated reporting and bulk device/inventory management across many Clover MIDs — built for resellers and multi-location operators who can't log into each merchant separately.
RatesNegotiator
Merchant Cost Reduction
An AI agent that ingests messy merchant processing statements, surfaces hidden padding and downgrades, computes a target rate, and drafts the negotiation — or runs it for the merchant.
